Becoming A Member Minimize
Becoming a member of the St. Joseph County Association of REALTORS® also includes membership in both the National Association of REALTORS® and the Michigan Association of REALTORS® along with many other benefits.

Becoming a member is easy. Once you are liscensed by the state, just follow these steps:

  • Obtain a membership application from the Association office.
  • Complete and submit the application along with your membership dues.
  • The applications will then go before the Board of Directors at the next scheduled meeting for approval.
  • Once approved, all new members must attend the 2 day orientation offered by the Association.
